CB Furniture is here to assist you with your manufacturer warranty service. Our highly-trained staff is able to simplify and guide you through the process. However, CB Furniture can only honor warranties that fall within the manufactures guidelines on products purchased from CB Furniture.

What does my mattress warranty cover?
Any manufacturer defects found in your sleep set.
What are the requirements of the warranty?
It must also meet all guidelines set by each manufacturer as is described in their warranty card. Your mattress must be free of any stains, rips, tears, or damage. If you don't have the warranty card you can find them here
If my bed is found to be defective what happens next?
The manufacturer will then replace your defective mattress. You simply make an appointment to re-visit the store to re-select a new mattress, which will replace your defective product. Please keep in mind that manufacturers do not cover delivery or inspection fees.
How do I start the warranty process?
First and most important: Read through the manufacturer warranty card for details about what is considered a defect making sure that the defective piece is free of rips, stains, tears, or damage. Then fill out our Warranty Service Form and email it back to our Customer Service Department or to 921 W Pioneer Pkwy Ste B, Grand Prairie, TX 75051.
